Center for education and development (CED) is non governmental organization that works in  the region of Municipality of Tearce since 2006. Having in mind the organization mission, which is investing in young people’s development through non-formal education, volunteerism and youth work fostering creative initiatives and mutual collaboration, CED has developed its strategic planning where these mayor priorites were emphasised such as deviantic behaviours at the young people, Envoirnmental polution and Inter ethnic cooperation. Its strategic direction are Education, Ecology, Intercultural learning, Organizational development and Youth Work. The organization is consisted from members that are coming from different parts of South-west Macedonia, but also thanks to cooperation projects it has developed partners in Eastern Macedonia, such as Kavadarci and Kumanovo.

Until now the organization has implemented several projects, which were aiming to increase the level of awareness for cultural activities in the region, promoting youth work through diferent non formal education methods, mostly financed by foreign donors as Prohelvetia(Swiss cultural program for western Balkan), Ministry of education and science, Pestalozzi (Swiserland).
