As a result of cooperation between organizations Center for non formal education TRIAGOLNIK and Center for education and development-Tearce, and within the PROACTIVE project, since January of 2009 until May 2010 it has been signed a memorandum of cooperation between these two non-governmental organizations, which in some areas have common goals.

The main purpose of this agreement is that during the period of one year, these activities should be implemented:

• Implementation of the Course for Youth Work, on which 30 teachers, professor and young people will have the opportunity to participate and benefit knowledge to work with young and get main knowledge for youth work. This course is currently implemented in several municipalities in Macedonia, but also as special program in the University of South-East Europe (Tetovo).
• Workshops within the Youth Club in Tearce. In the framework of this two projects will be implemented in school Tearce, where pupils from this school will be able to participate in various workshops. These activities will be led by young volunteers from Tearce and beyond.
• Youth Bank is one of the main activities of this cooperation. Youth from 16-22 years of age will be able to pass training on developing project management, financial resources allocation, project monitoring and evaluation at the end.(this project was implemented only in 2009)
• During the summer camps and different exchanges will be organized in various places in Macedonia and outside the state.

Another important goal of this cooperation is to support CED in its capacity building, so that in future the same project to be implemented by this organization and CED to promoter of informal education in the region.
