Trainings for teachers-Education modernization project
In December 2007 Center for education and development has assigned an agreement with the Ministry of education and science of Republic Macedonia for implementation of three programmes in five schools on Tetovo, Tearce, Bogovine and Zhelino Municipalities.
As main aim of the modernization project is advancing the qualities in the education process and participating of the all parties on the planning and managing the school activities at the school level.
In the framework of this project an important point will be given on increasing the capacities for decentralization of the education, where through the local government they would be more efficiency.
For this reason CED has prepared programmes for running interactive courses for languages (English and Albanian) and the training that promotes new methods and techniques for work with pupils.
These programmes as main aim have to professionalize educators in different fields, improving the qualities and efficiency on the education process and also promoting different values which come as result of the new achieved techniques and in the same time challenging with them.
As trainers for these programmes CED has engaged Ksenija Mojsovska, Alije Maliki, Snezhana Danilovska, Xhemal Qamili, Dijana Petrovska and Mensure Ilazi.
Coordinator for realizing these projects with big importance for the organization is Metin Muaremi.
Officially CED was accredited from the Ministry of education and science to implement these programmes in July 2008.
